Optimal Recruiting is more than just a video posting service. We can objectively evaluate your key attributes for collegiate volleyball play to help you identify and find the schools, level of play, and best collegiate fit your your talents and skills.

Club Owners and Directors we also offer Club Recruiting Packages. Optimal Recruiting will come to your club and provide a group recruiting seminar for your players and their parents. We will also conduct free individual consultations for players/parents and we are available for phone conference calls.

A four year college scholarship is currently valued between $80,000 to $200,000. We cannot guarantee a scholarship, but we have the nation's best volleyball network and we offer the highest level of professional consultation and evaluation.
